The ideal candidate is highly technical, data-driven, and has a strong track record of achieving business goals through paid media strategies.

In This Role, You Will

  • Develop and manage media buying budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including practice marketing, creative, and data analytics teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Automate repetitive processes using scripts, rules, and third-party tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Lead projects and pilot tests to evaluate new advertising platforms, vendors, and activations that enhance business performance and drive measurable results.
  • Optimize bidding strategies while also leveraging business data to improve efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in paid media, with a proven track record of managing high volume campaigns is required. Bonus point if you have worked on small budget accounts.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, etc.) with strong understanding of Meta Ads is required.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.) is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
  • Experience with budget forecasting, media planning, and pacing analysis.
  • High Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or other data analysis tools is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign automation, scripts, and API integrations is a strong plus.
  • Bilingualism in French and English would be considered a strong asset.
