The brand is on a mission to change how people think about personal hygiene by offering approachable, body-friendly products that support everyday comfort and cleanliness.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an Amazon Account Specialist to support the day-to-day management and maintenance of our Amazon account. This role will focus heavily on Amazon Seller Central operations, catalog management, listing QA, case management, variation troubleshooting, and backend account maintenance.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a lean team environment where they can take initiative, flag potential issues, and help keep the Amazon account running smoothly. This person will work closely with the internal eCommerce lead and support the execution of operational tasks across a growing Amazon catalog.

Responsibilities

  • Amazon Catalog & Listing Maintenance: Maintain and QA Amazon listings to ensure product details, images, content, variations, and backend information are accurate and displaying correctly.

  • Listing Troubleshooting & Case Management: Identify and resolve listing issues such as suppressed products, variation errors, buy box concerns, and backend changes, including opening and managing Amazon support cases as needed.

  • Content & Asset Updates: Upload new product images, updated content, and other listing assets through Seller Central, flat files, or in-platform tools.

  • Account Health & Program Monitoring: Monitor account health, inventory status, Subscribe & Save, and other Amazon programs to ensure products remain active, accurate, and properly maintained.

  • Operational Task Execution: Support day-to-day Amazon operations by completing assigned tasks, handling one-off updates, and executing action items flagged by internal team members, consultants, or leadership.

  • Process & Task Management: Use tools such as Google Workspace, Asana and internal documentation to track tasks, provide updates, and help maintain a more organized workflow for Amazon account operations

  • Promotions & Deals Execution: Set up and QA Lightning Deals, Coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, Vine enrollments, and Best Deals; track promotional performance.

  • Review & Customer Feedback Monitoring: Track product reviews and seller feedback, flag negative trends to brand/CX teams, and remove violating reviews per Amazon policy.

  • SOP Documentation: Build and maintain standard operating procedures and playbooks for recurring Amazon workflows.

  • Strong understanding of account health, suppressed listings, buy box concerns, and inventory monitoring.
