Job description

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible hours, with required overlap from 8:30 AM Germany time onwards during training and onboarding.

About the Company

Our client is a lean and profitable Amazon brand in the sewing accessories category, currently selling across the US and Germany, with expansion into the UK underway.

The business generates approximately $250K in monthly revenue and is positioned to grow toward $500K as new products launch and additional marketplaces come online.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Brand and PPC Manager to lead the day-to-day strategy and execution across profitability, advertising, listings, keyword rankings, promotions, product launches, and account health.

This role requires more than campaign management. You will be expected to connect PPC performance with margins, conversion rates, organic rankings, inventory, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and confident in making recommendations—not just reporting results.

This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Profitability Management: Monitor CM3 and product-level profitability through SellerBoard, identify margin declines, diagnose root causes, and recommend clear actions.

  • Amazon PPC Ownership: Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Video, Sponsored Display, and DSP where relevant, with CM3 improvement as the primary goal.

  • Campaign Optimisation: Track TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, conversion rates, search-term performance, and budget allocation while reducing wasted spend.

  • Listing Optimisation: Work with the graphics team to improve main images, A+ Content, titles, bullet points, and other conversion-driving assets.

  • Keyword Ranking: Monitor organic rankings, benchmark competitors, identify keyword opportunities, and execute strategies to improve visibility.

  • Deal and Promotion Planning: Own the promotional calendar for Prime Day, BFCM, Lightning Deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Inventory Coordination: Partner with the Supply Chain Manager to align advertising, promotions, and launches with stock availability.

  • UK Marketplace Expansion: Support the setup, launch, and ongoing management of the UK marketplace alongside the company’s Amazon Expert.

  • Account Health: Monitor account health metrics, manage routine cases and Amazon communications, and escalate complex issues when needed.

  • Voice of Customer: Review customer feedback across marketplaces and use recurring insights to improve listings and product decisions.

  • Product Launches: Manage smaller product launches from keyword research and campaign setup through the initial ranking phase.
