  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support across all phases of the product lifecycle.

Execution & Delivery

  • Define and prioritise product features based on customer feedback and business objectives.

  • Create detailed product requirements and user stories for development teams.

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through to release and optimisation.

  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and adapt strategies as needed to ensure successful delivery.

Product Launch & Optimisation

  • Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

  • Gather and analyse user feedback to continuously improve product performance and usability.

Performance & Innovation

  • Define and track KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on product outcomes and progress.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous product enhancement.

Customer Engagement

  • Engage directly with customers to gather insights, address concerns, and understand needs.

  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.

What it takes to succeed:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in product management, project management, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

  • Proficiency with project management and product tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
