Role highlights:

  • Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days/week in onsite)

Why this role matters:

 

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and improving ICEYE's commercial operations. Working within the central Sales Operations team, you will help ensure our sales processes, CRM platform, reporting, and commercial governance activities operate effectively across our Data, Missions, and Solutions business lines.

You will work closely with Sales Leaders, Sales Managers, Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to support business-critical processes, improve data quality, deliver actionable insights, and help scale our commercial operations as the business grows.

This role combines operational excellence with continuous improvement, giving you the opportunity to influence how we use data, systems, automation, and AI to drive commercial success.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Supporting the Deal Review Process (DRP) and ensuring opportunities follow the appropriate governance and approval processes.

  • Supporting the end-to-end deal closure process, ensuring customer, contract, pricing, and opportunity data is accurate and complete.

  • Maintaining and improving data quality within Salesforce through regular audits, monitoring, and corrective actions.

  • Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics to support sales leaders and business stakeholders.

  • Analysing sales data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Supporting Salesforce administration activities including user support, testing, releases, and system enhancements.

  • Working with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to improve commercial processes and reduce operational bottlenecks.

  • Supporting onboarding, training, and adoption of Salesforce and associated sales tools.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimisation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Contributing to projects that improve the Lead-to-Contract process, forecasting accuracy, data quality, and overall commercial effectiveness.

 
 

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, Business Operations, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.

  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality and process compliance.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A proactive mindset with a desire to continuously improve processes and ways of working.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.

  • Confidence using technology and a willingness to embrace new tools, automation, and AI solutions.

 

Nice to haves:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience.

  • Experience supporting Lead-to-Contract, Quote-to-Cash, or commercial operations processes.

  • Experience working with sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, automation, and platform configuration.

  • Experience working within a global technology, software, aerospace, defence, or high-growth organisation.

  • Exposure to AI-powered productivity tools, workflow automation platforms, or business process improvement initiatives.

  • Experience delivering CRM enhancements, system implementations, or cross-functional business projects.
