Position Summary

OSV is seeking a high-performing, mission-driven Senior Account Executive, Digital Sales to accelerate growth of our digital solutions within Catholic parishes and dioceses. This role is responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.

The ideal candidate combines a strong track record of consultative software sales with a passion for serving the Catholic Church. Success in this role requires strategic account planning, disciplined pipeline management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to articulate the value of technology solutions to Church leaders.

Essential Functions

  • Drive new business growth through the sale of OSV digital products and software solutions to Catholic parishes, dioceses, and related organizations.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, marketing-generated leads, and territory development.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance objectives.
  • Conduct discovery conversations, product demonstrations, and consultative sales engagements that address customer needs and desired outcomes.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders throughout the buying process.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and activity tracking within Dynamics CRM and other sales systems.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to support product and go-to-market improvements.
  • Represent OSV at webinars, industry events, conferences, and customer-facing engagements.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and best practices to effectively position OSV solutions.
  • Contribute positively to team goals, sales initiatives, and organizational success.
  • *All other duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of successful B2B, SaaS, software, or consultative sales experience with a demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the Catholic Church, parish operations, and organizational decision-making processes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and delivering value-based sales presentations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Receptive to coaching, feedback, and continuous professional development.
  • Demonstrated accountability, professionalism, and commitment to results.

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; however, a combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered. 

Work Environment

  • The incumbent will work in a remote environment from a home office. 

Salary

  • OSV recognizes that its employees work in many different states and therefore may be affected by different laws. It is OSV’s intention to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws that apply to the Company’s employees.
  • Compensation offered is determined based on market data, internal equity, and an applicant’s relevant skills, experience, and educational background.
  • General Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000
  • Monthly commissions will also be available for this position.
