Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and oversee the holistic technical architecture of cloud and hybrid solutions based on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
  • Consult customers on decoupling legacy systems and lead the transformation towards future-proof side-by-side extensions on the BTP
  • Design complex integration scenarios between SAP S/4HANA Utilities, cloud models, and third-party systems using SAP Integration Suite
  • Define enterprise-wide development, security, and architectural guidelines on the BTP and ensure compliance by on- and nearshore teams

Deine Aufgaben

  • Plattform- & Cloud-Architektur: Du konzipierst, verantwortest und steuerst die ganzheitliche technische Architektur von Cloud- und Hybrid-Lösungen auf Basis der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Clean-Core-Strategie: Du berätst unsere Kunden (EVUs und Stadtwerke) bei der Dekopplung von Altsystemen (Legacy Code) und leitest die Transformation hin zu zukunftsfähigen Side-by-Side-Erweiterungen auf der BTP.
  • Integrations- & API-Management: Du designst komplexe Integrationsszenarien zwischen SAP S/4HANA Utilities, Cloud-Modellen und Drittsystemen unter intensiver Nutzung der SAP Integration Suite.
  • Governance & Standards: Du definierst unternehmensweite Entwicklungs-, Sicherheits- und Architekturrichtlinien auf der BTP und stellst deren Einhaltung im On- und Nearshore-Team sicher.
  • Technische Führung & Mentoring: Du agierst als technologisches Mastermind, begleitest Großprojekte von der Vorstudie bis zum Go-Live und steuerst die technische Umsetzung durch die Nearshore-Entwicklungsteams.
  • Innovations-Treiber: Du evaluierst kontinuierlich die neuesten SAP-Cloud-Technologien und verankerst zukunftsweisende Ansätze (z. B. im Umfeld von SAP Cloud for Utilities oder künstlicher Intelligenz) in unserem Portfolio.

Dein Profil

  • Architektur-Track-Record: Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung in der technischen Konzeption, dem Design und der Orchestrierung komplexer SAP-Systemlandschaften mit klarem Fokus auf die SAP BTP.
  • Tiefes Cloud-Verständnis: Exzellente Kenntnisse der BTP-Architekturprinzipien sowie moderner Entwicklungs-Frameworks wie dem ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) und dem Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).
  • Schnittstellen-Expertise: Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit der SAP Integration Suite (CPI), dem Management von OData/REST-APIs, Event-Driven Architectures sowie modernen Sicherheitsstandards (OAuth, SAML).
  • Konzeptionelle Stärke: Herausragendes Verständnis von moderner Softwarearchitektur, Clean Core, Cloud-Sicherheit und Performance-Optimierung.
  • Führungskompetenz: Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Steuerung verteilter, interdisziplinärer Projekt- und Nearshore-Teams sowie eine stark ausgeprägte strategische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise.
  • Souveränes Auftreten: Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke auf Management- und C-Level-Ebene, Begeisterung für die Beratung von Kunden sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
