  • Contribute to reusable solution patterns and development standards

Governance, Security & Responsible AI

  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and data governance policies
  • Apply responsible AI practices, including testing, monitoring, and human oversight
  • Support the development of AI lifecycle standards (development, evaluation, deployment, support)

Capability Building

  • Help establish foundational practices, templates, and reusable components for AI development
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to IT teams and business stakeholders
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal AI standards, tooling, and best practices

  • Experience integrating systems via APIs and enterprise data sources
  • Ability to translate business requirements into working technical solutions

Preferred

  • Experience developing or deploying AI-driven applications or automation solutions in production
  • Familiarity with AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices
  • Experience working in environments with structured security and compliance requirements
