Deine Aufgaben

Als Customer Support Engineer (Working Student) unterstützt du uns dabei, die Import-Funktionalitäten von Parqet weiterzuentwickeln und zu verbessern. Du wirst insbesondere daran arbeiten, PDF- und CSV-Dokumente von Brokern zu analysieren und zu unterstützen, welche Nutzer bei uns einreichen, damit diese ihre Transaktionen reibungslos in Parqet importieren können. Zudem hilfst du Nutzern bei ihren Problemen im Support.

  • Aktive Kommunikation mit der Community per Email um Supportanfragen effektiv zu bearbeiten und mögliche Fehler oder Verbesserungen intern zu dokumentieren und zu beheben
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Parsern für PDF- und CSV-Dokumente von Brokern
  • Strukturierung und Standardisierung von Transaktionsdaten für den Import in Parqet
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Developern, dem Support & Product Management um Anforderungen und Feedback schnell umzusetzen

Dein Profil

Du passt zu uns, wenn du...
  • mindestens noch 6 Monate eingeschriebener Student bist
  • eine starke Affinität für einfach zu nutzende Software hast und dich die Idee, an der Verbesserung von Parqet mitzuarbeiten, begeistert
  • solide Kenntnisse in Node.js & TypeScript mitbringst und idealerweise schon mit Dateiformaten wie CSV und PDF gearbeitet hast
  • Freude daran hast, technische Probleme eigenständig zu analyisieren und pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • strukturiert arbeiten kannst und ein Auge fürs Detail hast, besonders bei der Datenverarbeitung
  • optimalerweise Parqet bereits selbst nutzt und gut kennst
  • dich für Fintechs, Investments und benutzerfreundliche Software begeisterst
  • Lust hast in einem dynamischen Team direkten Impact auf potenziell tausende Nutzer zu haben
