Salary: €70,000 – €120,000 per annum

Our client is a premier, high-growth international Forex brokerage with an expanding global footprint. Built on a strong foundation of financial discipline, operational excellence, and innovation, they are scaling rapidly and require an experienced finance leader to guide the company’s growth across multiple regulatory environments.

They are currently looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the group’s financial strategy, capital structure, treasury operations, and regulatory reporting. This is a key executive role suited for a commercially minded financial leader with deep experience in brokerage or financial services.

Description

As CFO, you will take full ownership of the financial health and direction of the company. Your responsibilities will span from budgeting and forecasting to capital adequacy, liquidity planning, and investor relations. You will play a vital role in enabling the firm’s growth by ensuring financial stability, risk control, and compliance with cross-border regulatory frameworks.

You will also work closely with executive leadership and external partners to support strategic initiatives, including potential capital raising and M&A activity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting across the organisation
  • Manage liquidity, capital adequacy, and treasury operations to ensure financial stability
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance with international regulatory bodies
  • Deliver clear and timely financial reports and insights to the board and key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Build and lead a finance team capable of supporting global operations
  • Liaise with investors and support capital-raising initiatives and investor communications
  • Contribute to M&A strategies and evaluate financial implications of strategic transactions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles within brokerage or financial services
  • Strong finance and accounting background; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Proven track record in managing financial reporting, P&L, and cash flow in a regulated environment
  • Experience with capital adequacy planning and financial controls
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a commercial mindset
  • Deep understanding of cross-border finance and regulatory frameworks

Nice to Have

  • Experience in M&A or strategic investment activity
  • Prior experience raising capital or managing investor relationships
  • Knowledge of crypto or DeFi financial structures
  • Familiarity with cross-jurisdiction reporting requirements (EU, offshore)
