🚀 RaiseFX is hiring: Business Developer (Acquisition & Retention)

Are you passionate about building strategic partnerships, driving commercial growth, and managing long-term relationships? Join RaiseFX and play a key role in expanding and optimizing our affiliate network.
As Partnerships Specialist, you will be responsible both for acquiring new partners and nurturing existing relationships, in order to maximize the performance and revenue of our trading platform.

🎯 Your responsibilities

Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and recruit new affiliate partners, influencers, trainers, trading communities, and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  • Present and promote the benefits of our affiliate programs to potential partners.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure the successful onboarding of new affiliates.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to design attractive, tailor-made partnership offers.
  • Track new partners' performance and support their growth.

Retention & Affiliate Development

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with existing affiliates and strategic partners.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction through proactive communication and personalized support.
  • Analyze affiliate performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop initiatives that boost partner engagement and revenue generation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the affiliate program and partnership strategy.

  • Experience in affiliate management, partnerships, business development, account management, sales, or client relations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a solid commercial mindset.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
