Job description

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team, with strong, hands-on expertise across the Sales and Field Service modules. This role is for someone who has genuinely built solutions from the ground up — architecting, coding, and deploying customizations independently — rather than someone whose experience is limited to supporting or modifying existing implementations. You will be responsible for designing and developing plugins, custom controls, integrations, and data migration solutions that power mission-critical Sales and Field Service processes for our clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom plugins and custom actions within Dynamics 365 CE, including building and packaging Plugin Packages with dependent assemblies and third-party DLLs (e.g., Newtonsoft.Json, ILMerge).
  • Implement plugin-based configurations such as Filtered Attributes, Secured/Unsecured Config, Environment Variables, and Parent Context handling for chained plugin execution.
  • Build integrations using Plugin Service Endpoints, including Azure Service Bus and Webhook-based integration patterns, as well as Power Automate and ground-up Azure-based integrations (incoming and outgoing).
  • Develop, test, and deploy PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls, including manifest configuration, local debugging via NPM, and deployment/authentication through the PAC CLI (pac pcf push, pac auth create).
  • Lead or contribute to data migration projects using SSIS and KingswaySoft, including designing staging databases and performing SQL-based transformations (SQL Server / Databricks).
  • Configure, customize, and extend the Sales module (Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Sales Pipelines, Forecasting) and Field Service module (Work Orders, Scheduling & Resource Management, Inventory, Asset Management).
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, manage Artifacts, handle environment-specific values (Client IDs, Secrets), and manage Connection References across deployments.
  • Partner with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, well-documented technical solutions.
  • Participate in technical screening and code reviews to help validate the quality and originality of development work across the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven, ground-up (build-from-scratch) hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE — not limited to support, break-fix, or modification of existing solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with the Sales module and the Field Service module is required.
  • Strong command of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and the Dataverse/Dynamics 365 SDK.
  • Plugin / Custom Action Development.
  • Integration (Plugins, Power Automate, Azure-based).
  • PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) Development.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Solution Deployment / CI-CD (Azure DevOps).
  • Data Migration (SSIS / KingswaySoft).
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot CLI or Claude Code.
  • Experience building AI agents or automation bots.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-210, MB-240).
