RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS



  • Apoiar os líderes em atividades administrativas do dia a dia;
  • Auxiliar na organização e atualização de agendas;
  • Apoiar na correção e acompanhamento do ponto eletrônico;
  • Auxiliar na organização da agenda de férias das equipes;
  • Realizar atividades administrativas em geral;
  • Apoiar pontualmente o time de RH em demandas administrativas

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ter entre 17 e 22 anos e estar matriculado(a) em curso regular (ensino fundamental, médio ou técnico).
  • Organização e responsabilidade
  • Boa comunicação e vontade de crescer profissionalmente.
  • Conhecimento básico em informática (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) será um diferencial.
