Job description

The HR Business Partner provides day‑to‑day HR support to employees and leaders across assigned business units. You act as a trusted advisor, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a positive employee experience. You contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR function by implementing HR programs, optimizing systems, supporting leadership development, and driving local/global HR initiatives. You also ensure accurate HR data management within IQVIA systems and help strengthen our employee value proposition.

Responsabilities

  • HR Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries related to social legislation, compliance, HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Business Partnering: Support line managers with pragmatic guidance, coaching, and solutions that help them achieve their business objectives.
  • HR Project Management: Collaborate with the HR team to design, implement, and monitor new HR initiatives at local and global level.
  • M&A Support: Assist senior HR colleagues in organizational effectiveness and change management activities during mergers and acquisitions.
  • HRIS Optimization: Ensure efficient use of HR systems (Workday, eBlox). Deliver workshops and guidance to managers to strengthen system adoption.
  • HR Analytics: Manage and interpret HR data to support decision‑making. Develop standard and ad‑hoc reporting to provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with local/global HR colleagues, Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of local employment/social legislation
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications (e.g. Workday)
