Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Source actively searching for potential candidates to deliver to our clients
• Conduct interviews via phone
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Qualifications

• Good English skills (fluent) + French
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Sourcing skills for several profiles and languages around Europe
• High-energy and passion
• Eager to make money
• Availability to work at least 30h/week
