Your Day-to-Day

• Offer friendly and timely support to Portuguese-speaking Facebook users
• Investigate and resolve account and content issues
• Monitor abuse reports and uphold community standards
• Spot trends and escalate complex problems when needed
• Use your insights to improve the way we work

What You Bring
