Job Opportunity: Automotive Digital Services Customer Service Representative

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a leading automotive digital services company. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers, this role is for you.

Position Details

  • Role: Customer Service Representative
  • Languages: German + English (B2 level)
  • Start Date: February 20, 2025
  • Location: Remote (based in Portugal)
  • Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (24/7)
    • 2 rotative days off

What We Offer

  • Contract: Permanent (3-month trial period)
  • Salary: 1,030/month (paid over 14 months)
  • Additional Benefits: 100/month (paid over 12 months) + bonus for night/holidays/weekend shifts
