Reporting to the Director of Sales – Cyber Resilience, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Sherweb’s business applications and AI automation products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business applications, workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions, along with a proven track record of success in business development. 

Business applications and AI automation represent one of the fastest-growing areas of our business and one of the biggest opportunities in the channel today. This is a build role in a category that is expanding quickly, which means the person in this seat will help shape the strategy, the offer and the go-to-market motion from the ground up. The growth of this portfolio translates directly into career growth: as the business scales, so does the scope, visibility and earning potential of this role. To succeed here, you must be a true self-starter who is comfortable operating while building a playbook and thriving in a dynamic environment where priorities, products and partner needs evolve quickly.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Sherweb’s business applications and AI automation products and services.
• Be an internal and external champion of Sherweb’s Business Applications and AI Marketplace
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the business applications and AI automation market, meet and exceed goals in net new revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business applications and AI automation solutions.
• Provide 30/60/90 day forecasting, funnel and KPI reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in business applications, workflow automation and AI, and translate them into practical opportunities for our partners. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably in business applications, SaaS or AI/automation solutions.
• 2+ years of experience working in an indirect sales model (MSP/VAR/ITSP)
• Preference for candidates with experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, ERP/CRM solutions, low-code/no-code workflow automation and/or AI-enabled business tools
• Strong understanding of business applications, automation and AI technologies and trends.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English

• Bilingualism in French and English is a definite asset, though not a requirement for this role.

Reasons for the requirement of English: Sherweb has international customers and fluency in English is the only way to ensure proper service delivery to them. The main tasks related to this position require written and oral communication with an English-speaking clientele at all times.
