The Field Inventory Specialist, Global Commercial Operations is responsible for advancing the effective lifecycle management and optimization of hospital and field consignment inventory across the Tissue Reconstruction division.


This role partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Distribution, and Operations to analyze account performance, deliver data-driven insights, and recommend actions that optimize inventory investments throughout the consignment lifecycle. The position plays a key role in ensuring inventory decisions align with business needs, customer demand, and operational objectives through proactive analysis, collaboration, and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Consignment Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the lifecycle of hospital consignment agreements and accounts, including new agreements, amendments, renewals, optimization opportunities, dormant account reviews, conversions, and terminations.
  • Monitor agreement activity, contractual milestones, and inventory performance to proactively identify lifecycle actions that support business needs and customer demand.
  • Establish, maintain, modify, and deactivate consignment accounts within Oracle and related business systems while ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity.

Advanced Insights & Inventory Optimization

  • Analyze inventory utilization, inventory turns, sales trends, and contractual commitments to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations that improve consignment portfolio performance.
  • Deliver data-driven insights that support PAR optimization, inventory reductions, agreement renewals, account conversions, and lifecycle decisions.
  • Identify utilization trends, inventory risks, and emerging business needs to support proactive inventory optimization and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with analytics resources to define reporting requirements and leverage business intelligence to support informed decision-making.

Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Execute physical and virtual inventory audits, inventory reconciliations, and compliance activities to maintain inventory accuracy and support governance standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, simplify processes, and enhance operational efficiency across consignment inventory programs.
  • Maintain accurate contract, inventory, and account records across Salesforce, Oracle, PACT, MoveMedical, and related business systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted business partner to Sales Representatives and Sales Leadership by communicating account performance insights and recommending actions that balance customer needs, inventory investments, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, Distribution, Legal, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to support effective lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, commercial operations, sales operations, supply chain, finance, contract administration, or a related business function.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to solve operational or business challenges.
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms; Oracle and Salesforce preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Oracle, Salesforce, Power BI, MoveMedical, and PACT preferred.

Salary Pay Range:

$71,300.00 - $97,750.00 USD Salary

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
