It also benefits entire communities, healthcare systems & society at large. With integrated solutions featuring hardware, software, clinically developed language systems, training, and dedicated support, Tobii Dynavox stands out as a truly global, full solution provider in the assistive technology for communication market. Job description

Why join us?

We’re on a mission to empower people with disabilities to do what they once did or never thought possible. As the world-leader in assistive communication solutions, we empower our customers to express themselves, connect with the world, and live richer lives.

At Tobii Dynavox, you can grow your career within a dynamic, global company that has a clear, impactful purpose - with the flexibility to also do what truly matters to you outside of work. What’s more, you’ll be part of a work culture where collaboration is the norm and individuality is welcomed.

As a member of our team, you’ll have the power to share experience. You’ll use your knowledge and expertise to guide clinicians, AAC end users and their caregivers, while impacting their lives in a meaningful way.

Summer Holiday Notice

Most of our team will be taking a summer break, and as a result, the recruitment process will move at a slower pace during this period. We will begin reviewing applications in the second half of August and will get back to candidates thereafter.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to receiving your application!

About the role

As Country Manager France, you will lead, develop and accelerate our commercial presence in one of our most strategic markets.

You will own the full commercial agenda, ensuring strong commercial execution and performance while actively influencing and shaping the French AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) ecosystem. A core part of your mission will be to actively drive access to our communication solutions by navigating and influencing the professional, reimbursement, policy and regulatory landscape.

At the same time, you will lead a high-performing, scalable organization by setting clear directions, raising execution standards, and ensuring the team is equipped for growth in a complex and evolving landscape.

This role requires strong market presence. Candidates should be based in the Paris region, or have regular and easy access to Paris, to drive impact, influence, and growth.

What you’ll do

  • Drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline, exceeding targets, and leading a high-performing sales team with disciplined execution and strong customer outcomes.

Develop and expand the market

  • Define and execute the France market strategy, strengthening influence across funders, institutions, and key stakeholders while unlocking growth and advancing reimbursement pathways.

Scale and strengthen operations

  • Increase productivity and profitability by evolving team structure, expanding market coverage, and improving decision-making through effective use of data, tools, and processes.

Collaborate and represent

  • Act as the bridge between the French market and global teams, driving impact through cross-functional collaboration and representing the company externally with strong market insight.

We believe you have

  • Several years of experience in complex solution sales and business development
  • Leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience from regulated, funding-driven markets (e.g. healthcare, education) is a strong advantage
  • Ability to navigate complex ecosystems involving clinicians, institutions, and public stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Fluent French and strong business English (written and spoken)
