Your Role

As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll support Netflix subscribers and help make their streaming experience as smooth as possible.

Your day could include:

• Supporting Norwegian-speaking Netflix subscribers via phone and chat
• Helping with payment and account-related questions
• Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
• Guiding users through the Netflix platform and features
• Finding solutions and creating a great customer experience

If you're a fan of TV series, films or Netflix yourself, you'll probably have plenty to talk about.

Work Remotely From Greece

After completing your relocation and training, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Greece.

Your move starts in either Athens or Thessaloniki, where you'll be supported as you settle into your new life. After that, you can choose where in Greece you'd like to live long-term.

Whether you prefer city life, a quieter coastal town or somewhere closer to the beach, your Greek adventure can be what you make it.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Norwegian and strong English skills
• Great communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Customer-focused, positive and solution-oriented
• Interest in entertainment and streaming is a bonus
