Partner Performance Analyst

We’re looking for a Partner Performance Analyst to join the TGE Freight team in Brisbane and help drive smarter, stronger performance across our Delivery Partner network.

This is more than a reporting role. You’ll turn data into insights, identify trends and opportunities, and help leaders make better decisions that improve service, performance and commercial outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Analyse partner performance, trends, risks and opportunities.

• Build and improve reporting, dashboards and performance scorecards.

• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Support partner performance reviews and operational decision-making.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and performance.

• Use AI, automation and digital tools to find smarter ways of working.

• Partner with Operations, Finance, Commercial and Delivery Partner teams.

What we’re looking for

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Excel and experience with reporting and data analysis.

• Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, Power Automate, SQL, Copilot or similar tools.

• A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology.

• Strong stakeholder and communication skills.

• A curious, commercially minded and continuous improvement mindset.

• Transport, logistics or network experience is highly regarded.
