Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our well respected Private Client team as a based in our Liverpool office.

Our award-winning Private Client & Charity group is one of the largest in the North West.  The team was awarded the ‘Private Client Award’ at the 2017 & 2019 Liverpool Law Society Legal Awards. The team has a Tier 1 ranking in the Legal 500 and Chambers Private Wealth Law.

The team work with a wide range of High Net Worth individuals, families, business owners, elderly clients and Landed estates dealing with complex private client matters including wills and probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, Capital Gains tax and estate planning. The team are the go to trusted advisor for clients and contacts alike.

Due to the continued growth of the team and planning for the future, we are looking to recruit an experienced lawyer to work on a range of complex private client matters.  Ideally you will have a minimum of 6 PQE and be confident in dealing with a broad range of private clients matters.  We would consider candidates who are currently working at Associate level looking to take the next step in their career.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

✔Experience in a range of private client matters including complex wills, trusts, business succession planning, inheritance tax planning and estate administration, Landed estates .

✔ A strong background of working with an established network of referrers and of developing strong relationships with a range of clients an, including HNW individuals, Multi generational families, elderly clients and business owners.

Able to work independently manage their own caseload and supervise others in the team as needed

✔ Ideally you will be STEP qualified.
