Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.

  • Monitor multi-source event feeds across official releases, ports and carriers, weather, geo, regulatory updates, and other credible sources, including internal tools.
  • Verify each event: cross-check at least two independent sources, reconcile discrepancies, and record confidence level.
  • Triangulate facts and impact using supplier sites, tier mapping, parts, manufacturing locations, and active customer shipments.
  • Produce short, actionable incident reports with a clear headline, what happened, why it matters, exposure snapshot, recommended actions, confidence rating, and follow-up for next updates.
  • Keep a clean citation trail: store links, timestamps, and brief source notes inside the record; attach screenshots or archived links when needed.
  • Engage with commodity managers for fact checks and go/no-go approval; incorporate their guidance to improve the clarity and usefulness of each alert.
  • Publish through agreed processes, with version control and a simple change log when updates are issued.
  • Track every incident through its lifecycle, including open, monitoring, mitigated, and closed, maintaining an update cadence until closure and watching for related follow-on events.
  • Enrich and iterate content based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Run brief post-incident reviews to capture learnings, thresholds, and escalation paths.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in risk analysis, market intelligence, or supply chain risk monitoring.
  • Exposure to geopolitical or operational risk assessment, vendor risk, or business continuity analysis preferred.
  • Experience working with data visualization or intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.

Domain Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of global supply chain operations, manufacturing, and procurement ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with risk intelligence frameworks, ESG considerations, and incident escalation workflows.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Advanced analytical and report creation skills; comfortable working with large datasets and unstructured information.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially in summarizing complex risk scenarios for business stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools
