The Sr Benefits Analyst on the Total Rewards team, is responsible for the management, administration, and implementation of competitive and creative programs that align with our company values.  This role will influence decisions and programs in support of a holistic total rewards strategy aimed at attracting and retaining the top talent in our industry.  This role oversees and drives the efficient and effective management of U.S. and global programs in 12 countries, acting as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and build scalable, innovative, and valued programs that promote wellness and align with our corporate values.
  • Plan and manage the implementation and administration of benefit programs including health, welfare, and retirement plans.
  • Develop and deliver communications to enable leaders and employees regarding wellness and benefits programs.
  • Interact with consultants, brokers, administrators and/or insurers as needed to evaluate services, coverage, and options available to best meet the needs of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with country, province, federal, state, and local legal requirements by reviewing existing and new legislation; obtaining qualified opinions; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Oversee enrollment, renewal, and delivery of benefits to the organization’s employees.
  • Administer the U.S. benefits enrollment system and oversee data transfers to vendors ensuring accurate enrollment and eligibility information.
  • Manage and coordinate the annual open enrollment process for benefits.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual audits programs, census requests plans, and invoice payments/billing.
  • Work with appropriate parties to complete required filings in a timely manner. 
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate benefit communications.
  • Resolve employee questions and problems.
  • Review contracts, service agreements, and communication materials for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor government regulations and xmarket trends to ensure programs are current, competitive, and legal, and aligned to our company and total rewards strategy.
  • Collaborate with shared services resources responsible for updating enrollments and providing first-line communications and problem resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience managing and developing benefits programs for a multi-national company.
  • Experience managing online enrollment systems and U.S. benefits compliance activities including 401(K) 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field or related experience. 
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in total rewards and benefits administration.
  • Experience independently developing and implementing programs in global locations.
  • Advanced knowledge in global benefits requirements including health, welfare, and retirement programs and regulations.
  • Vendor relationships management experience.
  • Strong presentation and data analysis skills.
  • Experience in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong decision-making and influencing skills.
  • Experience directly or indirectly leading/guiding the work of others and mentoring/educating cross-functional peers.

Hiring Range $110,000 - $130,000

The salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in: Denver, CO
