Program Coordinator, NGOsource
Full-time, temporary position (6 months, with possibility of hire) - Fully Remote

Position
Reporting to the Director of Operations and Partnerships, NGOsource, the Program Coordinator will support the operational success of the NGOsource team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for team administrative supportive and development, program and product delivery, and quality control and evaluation. This is a six-month position with an expected timeframe of approximately August 2026-January 2027.
NGOsource, a project of the Council on Foundations and TechSoup, is an online equivalency determination (ED) service for US funders who make international grants. It offers a unique centralized repository of EDs for NGOs and governments located in over 100 countries. NGOsource provides ED services to over 120 member grant makers and other organizations who are interested in this elite level of due diligence. NGOsource’s membership includes 9 of the 10 largest international grant makers in the US and 15 of the largest 20, as well as donor advised funds, small and medium-sized family foundations, corporate foundations, and community foundations. 
                              
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support NGOs as they move through the ED process
  • Assist in data management and tracking of NGOsource EDs
  • Document and contact management
  • Ensure consistent formatting on external documents
  • Escalate technology issues and working with the appropriate team(s) to resolve
  • Assist with onboarding of new members and provide customer support to current members
  • Communicate and elevate issues within the NGOsource team and to external partners as necessary

Qualifications
 
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders preferred
  • Experience with contact management, data management, or data hygiene preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • The ability to think critically and creatively about new issues
  • Microsoft Office skills, and in particular, experience with Excel
  • High to detail and the ability to multitask

Education
 
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

The base salary range for this full-time remote position is $44,000.00-$52,000.00 annually plus benefits (US national range). TechSoup determines salary ranges based on a role, level, and location. The range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. This is a global position open for UK, Europe and Africa and salaries will be adjusted based on those geographies.  Individual pay is determined by location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, business needs, and market demands. TechSoup offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other perks.
