Remote Booking & Travel Coordinator

• Research travel options based on client preferences, interests, and budgets
• Coordinate bookings for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel services
• Compare destinations, accommodations, amenities, and available travel options
• Assist with organizing itineraries and important trip details
• Research transportation, excursions, activities, and destination experiences
• Communicate with clients regarding booking information, updates, and important deadlines
• Assist with reservation changes and travel updates when needed
• Maintain accurate and organized client and booking information
• Stay informed about destinations, travel products, and supplier resources
• Provide professional support throughout the planning and booking process

 

No Previous Travel Experience Required

Previous booking or travel industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing support are available to help you learn reservation processes, supplier platforms, destination research, client communication, and travel industry fundamentals.
