Who you are:

The College Study Enrollment department is currently in search of a Logistics Coordinator for a temporary, part-time position. The successful candidate will be expected to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy and completion of administrative processes essential to students’ ability to study abroad, working closely with the student-facing pre-departure advising team, and handling operations work requests related to our pre-departure materials, ASU course registration, and medical form review.


What you’ll do:

Database and Application Management

  • Manage and maintain study abroad application information in the Enrollment database (e.g., editing application tasks, updating program dates, and setting up programs).
  • Process, scan, upload, and file student application materials (such as transcripts) electronically.

Departmental Operations & Advising Support

  • Monitor and manage the general department email inbox and maintain the Enrollment Advising calendar.
  • Manage pre-departure posting processes, assisting the permanent logistics coordinator, liaising with Study Abroad Advisors and Onsite Program Staff about any outstanding questions.
  • Support student advising staff during peak volume times by assisting with application and medical form reviews, as well as tracking pre-departure task completion with participants.

  Confidentiality and Security

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.  
  • Follow established protocols to ensure the security of sensitive data.
