  • Manage the collective digital marketing budget and allocate resources across channels and team members to hit business goals
  • Manage and develop a team of marketers, providing coaching, feedback, and career growth support
  • Partner with the Director, Demand Generation to establish program KPIs and performance metrics
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital marketing strategy with broader organizational strategies

  • Working strategic knowledge of PPL, Programmatic, video, and paid social sufficient to set strategy and QA outcomes
  • 2+ years managing individual contributors with demonstrated ability to set channel strategy while delegating execution
  • Proven track record translating channel performance into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Experience with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, SA360, Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, etc.
  • Excellent project management and relationship management skills; ability to delegate execution while retaining accountability for outcomes
  • Familiarity with 1st party targeting, audience segmentation, and floodlight/campaign/creative tracking implementation
  • Experience in either healthcare, technology, or both is preferred, but not required
