ServiceTitan Specialist

VirtueStaff is seeking an energetic, articulate, and quick-thinking ServiceTitan Specialist to manage inbound calls and rapid lead responses for our clients. In this high-impact position, you will be the primary voice of the brand, answering calls using established scripts and calling fresh Meta leads within 30 seconds of intake. Utilizing ServiceTitan, you will schedule Comfort Advisors for system replacement estimates and Service Technicians for home repair appointments. The ideal candidate brings a friendly, relatable phone presence, sharp critical thinking skills, and prior experience in ServiceTitan.

Responsibilities

• Call newly generated Meta leads within 30 seconds of system notification to maximize conversion rates
• Answer incoming phone calls from prospective and existing customers using established call processes and scripting
• Coordinate, book, and dispatch Comfort Advisor appointments for system replacement estimates and Service Technicians for repair calls
• Provide a warm, friendly, and relatable experience on every call while applying critical thinking to solve customer inquiries efficiently
• Log call details, appointment records, and customer communications using ServiceTitan, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office

Requirements

• Direct, hands-on administrative background using ServiceTitan for booking, dispatching, or lead logging.
• Exceptional focus and agility to respond to digital lead alerts immediately (30-second target window)
• Office Applications: Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High-level English fluency with a warm, friendly, and naturally relatable phone presence
• Ability to follow call scripts and established processes while exercising sharp critical thinking when unscripted situations arise
