We are looking for Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners with acute care experience (urgent care and/or ED experience a plus) to join MedStar’s growing telemedicine team. We are open 24/7/365 days a year.

In this position, you will work remotely and will see on-demand acute patient visits via the MedStar eVisit platform. This role requires a minimum of 16 hours per month with some scheduled shifts on evenings and weekends.  This program improves patient access to a clinician and facilitates care within the MedStar system.

Qualifications:

• Completion and graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nurse Practitioner program
• Currently have (or apply for) licenses (including DEA and CDS) in Maryland, DC, and Virginia (license and DEA only) for this role
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
