Senior Healthcare Performance Manager

Oxford Solutions is working with a healthcare services organization seeking a Senior Healthcare Performance Manager to support performance analysis across a multi-site operation. This contract-to-hire role is fully remote within the U.S.

The Senior Financial Performance Manager will evaluate financial and operational performance, develop reporting tools and dashboards, and work with leadership to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key financial and operational KPIs across multiple facilities and business units.
• Identify performance trends and areas requiring additional attention or corrective action.
• Partner with operational and financial leadership to evaluate business performance and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and financial models used to support decision-making.
• Analyze facility-level and enterprise performance to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, business planning, and organizational growth.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis or consulting within a multi-site healthcare organization or healthcare consulting environment 
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing dashboards and working with business reporting or analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with operational and executive leadership.
