LATAM Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote, preferably Buenos Aires, AR or Mexico City, MX
Type: Independent Contractor
Pay: $1,500 USD/month
Department: Marketing / Sales Support


About the Role
Satechi is looking for a LATAM Marketing Coordinator to lead the coordination of regional marketing initiatives across 12 countries. This role partners closely with the U.S. Marketing team, LATAM Sales team, distributors, retailers, and customers to execute promotional campaigns, coordinate marketing materials, strengthen brand visibility, and ensure consistent execution of key marketing initiatives across the region.
This role will work closely with the U.S. marketing team, sales team, and LATAM customers to ensure product content, social media assets, and marketing materials are shared clearly, consistently, and on time.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Organize existing marketing materials, product content, social media sets, images, videos, and campaign assets for LATAM customers and partners.
  • Translate and adapt marketing materials from English to Spanish, ensuring the message is clear, professional, and appropriate for regional customers.
  • Share approved marketing assets with customers, distributors, and partners across LATAM markets.
  • Align regional marketing initiatives to ensure brand consistency while partnering with key customers to execute promotional campaigns and strengthen customer marketing relationships.
  • Collect and organize social media content sets, product launch materials, promotional assets, and customer-facing marketing files.
  • Support the LATAM sales team by preparing content packages that can be sent to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help maintain an organized library of Spanish-language marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to gather product details, images, videos, campaign copy, and other marketing resources.
  • Ensure customers receive the most updated product and marketing information.
  • Assist with basic marketing communication needs for LATAM, including product highlights, campaign summaries, and promotional messaging.
What We’re Looking For
  • Marketing, communications, content, or sales support experience.
  • Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills.
  • Experience translating or adapting marketing content from English to Spanish.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple content requests and keep materials organized.
  • Comfortable working with shared folders, Google Drive, spreadsheets, Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
  • Interest or background in consumer electronics, tech accessories, lifestyle products, or retail/distributor marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with teams in different countries.
  • Located in Argentina, Mexico City, or a similar LATAM region preferred.
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting distributors, retailers, customers, or international sales teams.
  • Experience with social media content coordination.
  • Knowledge of LATAM markets and customer communication styles.
  • Basic design or content formatting experience using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
