POSITION SUMMARY


The Office Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned Agility Cares Access Center. This role ensures that staff provide high-quality customer service and enrollment assistance for the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Medicaid, CHIP, and other health and community resources. The Manager oversees staff performance, center budgets, and ensures compliance with all organizational and regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Oversee daily operations of the assigned Access Center to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation for center staff.
  • Ensure all enrollment activities meet ACA, Medicaid, CHIP, and other program requirements.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for community members.


Staff Supervision & Development


  • Supervise, train, and evaluate Access Center staff.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster teamwork, accountability, and a results-oriented culture.


Budget and Compliance Oversight


  • Manage the center’s operating budget and track all expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies, including HIPAA and ACA guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records and submit required reports to the Access Center Director.


Community Engagement


  • Build relationships with local organizations and community partners to expand available resources.
  •  Promote Access Center services through outreach and events in the local area.


Performance Monitoring


  • Track and report enrollment numbers, outreach efforts, and other key performance metrics.
  • Implement strategies to meet or exceed center goals.


JOB REQUIREMENT



Education and Experience


  • Associate’s degree (or combination of education and relevant experience in lieu of experience).
  • Knowledge of ACA marketplace enrollment, Medicaid, and CHIP programs.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manager budgets and monitor financial reports.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enrollment software.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish Required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare enrollment, social services, or community programs.
