Description

About Traliant

Traliant is an award-winning technology company transforming compliance training from boring to brilliant. We empower organizations to build healthier, more inclusive workplaces through engaging, interactive online training on topics like workplace harassment, diversity and inclusion, and data privacy. As a fast-growing, remote-first company, we’re looking for team members who thrive in dynamic environments and share our passion for excellence and innovation.

About the Role

Traliant is growing quickly—and so is our Revenue Enablement function. We are looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist who is excited to build, experiment, and make a visible impact. This is not a role where you will inherit a perfectly polished playbook and spend your days keeping it up to date. We need your help to create the playbook.

You will initially focus on two high-impact Customer Success enablement priorities. In your first few months, you will build practical MVPs, launch them, learn from the people using them, and make them better. As those programs mature, you will have the opportunity to identify new challenges, propose solutions, and expand your ownership across the revenue organization.

We move quickly, value good judgment, and appreciate people who see something that could be better and take initiative to improve it. You will have support and partnership, but you will also have room to shape your work, test your ideas, and see the tangible results of what you build.

This is a strong growth opportunity for someone who has developed a solid foundation in enablement, learning and development, instructional design, or experience design—and is ready to become more than a great executor. You will grow your skills in project leadership, stakeholder management, performance consulting, and business measurement while helping us build a more scalable and effective enablement system.

About You

You are a builder at heart.

You like taking a challenge that is still a little messy, asking smart questions, and turning it into something clear, practical, and useful. You do not need every detail mapped out before you begin. You can create a thoughtful first version, get it into the real world, and use feedback and data to make it stronger.

You have a few years of experience in customer success, enablement, learning and development, instructional design, experience design, program management, or a related field. You are ready for more ownership—and you want your next role to give you the opportunity to earn it.

You care about creating strong learning experiences, but you also know learning cannot succeed in isolation. People need the right systems, tools, workflows, and reinforcement to turn new knowledge into lasting performance. You are excited to facilitate meaningful learning, but you are equally interested in architecting the broader enablement system that makes that learning stick. Ultimately, you want to know what changed: Did people adopt new behaviors, become productive faster, serve customers more effectively, or contribute to stronger retention, expansion, pipeline, or revenue?

You may be a great fit if:

  • You want to own meaningful work, not simply complete assigned tasks.
  • You are energized by fast-moving environments where there is plenty to build and improve.
  • You can bring structure to ambiguity without overcomplicating it.
  • You enjoy collaborating with leaders, managers, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional partners.
  • You can manage the details of a project while keeping the desired business outcome in view.
  • You have experience supporting Customer Success or other customer-facing teams.
  • You understand how to turn complex information into clear, engaging, role-relevant experiences.
  • You are comfortable testing an MVP, learning what works, and improving it over time.
  • You can point to examples where your work made a measurable difference—not just what you delivered, but what improved because of it.
  • You are curious, proactive, and willing to raise your hand when you see an opportunity to help.

You do not need to arrive knowing how to do every part of the role. We are looking for someone with strong fundamentals, good instincts, and the drive to keep expanding their capabilities.

The right person will see this role as an opportunity to make an immediate contribution, build credibility through results, and grow into increasingly strategic and complex enablement work.
