Project Manager (WMS)

Project Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead backend projects around WMS and integrations between their ERP (Netsuite), WMS, Snowflake, etc).

This role is delivery-focused and execution-oriented, responsible for driving timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring clarity and accountability across multiple teams and stakeholders.

The Project Manager complements the Product Owner role by focusing on delivery execution, working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and Technology Leadership to ensure initiatives are well planned, clearly communicated, and delivered successfully.

Duties/Day to Day Overview

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ecommerce projects, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive updates.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items and drive resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, product, development, QA.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure project documentation, governance, and reporting standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and delivery efficiencies.

Top Requirements

(Must haves)

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a PMP certification
• Experience managing backend retail projects – must have some experience with projects related to WMS and Enterprise Integrations (integrations are between ERP and WMS, ERP and Snowflake, or other third-party integrations)
• Experience managing multiple, smaller scope and quick turnaround projects simultaneously (project duration ranges from 2-16 weeks)
• Experience with forecasting and using time tracking tools (won't be owning the budget in this role)
• Experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Working closely with the Product Owner and development team to keep work organized, run daily meetings, and deliver accordingly
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
