Required qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with YubiKey or MFA technologies
• Familiarity with CrowdStrike or other security platforms
• ITIL certification or similar
• Experience in a healthcare or financial services environment
