The Director, Clinical Operations – LTSS leads major clinical operations functions, programs, or regional care management operations, setting strategic direction and ensuring effective delivery of integrated, whole-person care across the organization. The role is accountable for clinical and operational outcomes, provides clinical oversight and guidance across teams and managers, and drives continuous improvement in care delivery, compliance, and member outcomes.
