Job Title: Financial Analyst

What This Role Will Do 

As an Analyst in Financial Valuation, you will support valuation engagements by conducting financial modeling, industry research, and valuation analysis for various financial reporting, tax, and transaction-related purposes. You will work closely with senior professionals to apply valuation methodologies, develop client presentations, and ensure high-quality deliverables. This role provides hands-on experience in business valuation, equity & debt valuation, and financial statement analysis, helping to develop expertise in valuation across multiple industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in business valuations, equity & debt valuations, and intangible asset appraisals.
  • Develop financial models and valuation analyses using discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, and precedent transactions.
  • Conduct economic and industry research to support valuation conclusions.
  • Analyze financial statements, tax filings, and company performance for valuation purposes.
  • Prepare valuation reports, client presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior valuation professionals to execute client engagements.


What Makes You Successful in This Role 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
  • 1-3 years in business valuation, financial analysis, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, financial databases, and valuation software.
  • Analytical & Research Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets, assess financial trends, and interpret valuation results.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly.
