THE ROLE
The TPRM Implementation team supports financial institution, credit union, and mortgage company clients through complex, cross-functional vendor risk management implementations. The Implementation Support Coordinator supports an assigned pod of Implementation Specialists by handling defined administrative and coordination tasks that keep implementation records accurate and information moving between the right people.
This is not a client-facing role. Working under regular direction and following established procedures, you'll update records, prepare materials, and route information as directed – freeing up Implementation Specialists to focus on direct client work, technical problem-solving, and training delivery.
YOU WILL
Update implementation status fields in TaskRay (e.g., red/yellow/green) based on direction and input from assigned Implementation Specialists.
Support assigned Implementation Specialists with day-to-day coordination tasks, following up on open items as directed.
Route standard information requests and materials between Implementation Specialists and supporting teams (e.g., data migration, vendor services, contract services), escalating anything outside established procedures to your manager or the specialist.
Send scheduled status updates to assigned Customer Success and Vendor Success Managers using established templates.
Compile weekly or monthly status summaries from information provided by Implementation Specialists, using standard formats.
Maintain implementation records in TaskRay, following defined data-entry standards, and flag records that haven't been updated within expected timeframes.
Listen to recorded client calls and internal meetings and produce organized notes using a standard template.
Prepare meeting materials as directed by Implementation Specialists or managers.
YOU BRING
Less than 1 year of related experience; no prior financial services or vendor risk management experience necessary. This is an entry point role, and no formal occupational training is required.
Comfortable learning company policies and procedures to complete routine, well-defined tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a track record of following established processes accurately and consistently.
Confident producing clear, concise written notes and status updates using established templates and formats.
Comfortable learning new software platforms (e.g., TaskRay, Salesforce); no prior exposure required.
Discretion in handling sensitive client risk and compliance information, in line with company confidentiality standards.
BONUS POINTS
Prior exposure to project or task management tools.
Interest in financial services, vendor risk management, or compliance.
Genuine curiosity about how our TPRM product and implementation process work, with interest in future growth within Implementation & Professional Services.
