Job description

Why We Need You — The Mission

Great revenue teams aren't born. They're enabled. As our Revenue Enablement Manager, you'll be the force multiplier of our revenue team, empowering sales and customer success to crush their quotas through our three enablement pillars: training & onboarding that ramps new hires fast and keeps everyone sharp, content & tech resourcing that arms the team to scale and serve customers, and go-to-market alignment that keeps every team rowing in the same direction.

At Continuous, we make complex simple for financial institutions, and we need someone who can do the same for our revenue teams. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you'll turn methodology into muscle memory by driving adoption of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and you'll build the enablement programs that help every customer-facing teammate perform at their best.

Objectives — The Problems You'll Solve

You'll join our revenue enablement team supporting the full revenue organization, with sales enablement as your primary focus and customer success as a key partner. Your charter centers on our three enablement pillars: training & onboarding, content & tech resourcing, and go-to-market alignment, each measured against revenue outcomes.

Training & Onboarding. You'll ramp new AEs and SDRs fast with a scalable onboarding program, then keep every teammate sharp through everboarding, including certifying the team on pitches, discovery calls, and demos. You'll champion adoption of MEDDPICC qualification and Command of the Message, deliver training on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and industry trends in financial services, and, in collaboration with sales and CS leadership, build coaching infrastructure that uses AI tools to systematize feedback.

Content & Tech Resourcing. You'll arm the revenue team with the content, knowledge, and technology needed to scale, architecting a centralized library of battle cards, playbooks, pitch decks, and call prep frameworks that's current, accessible, and built around how our teams actually work. You'll vet, implement, and drive adoption across our stack (Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Outreach, and Claude), and you'll evaluate emerging AI-powered enablement and coaching tools that improve training personalization and content delivery.

Go-to-Market Alignment. You'll build the bridge between sales, marketing, customer success, and product: aligning enablement content and sales collateral with demand generation campaigns, buyer personas, and each stage of the buyer journey, and supporting new product, feature, and messaging rollouts by equipping the revenue team with launch-ready knowledge and materials. You'll establish feedback loops so customer and market insights reach the right teams, and you'll extend enablement into the post-sale motion, equipping CS to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion conversations that protect and grow revenue.

Measurement & Insights. You'll define the KPIs that connect enablement activity to revenue outcomes: ramp time, win rates, methodology adoption, certification completion, content-influenced deals, and tech adoption. You'll use data from Gong call reviews and Salesforce to identify skill gaps, recommend targeted enablement solutions, and show where coaching moves the needle most.

You'll partner closely with sales leadership, demand generation, product, and customer success, serving as the connective tissue of the revenue organization.

How You'll Get There

In your first 6 weeks:

  • Hit the ground running with a clear-eyed assessment of our enablement function today: what's actually moving the needle on realized revenue versus what's busy work or a nice-to-have
  • Identify the gaps in sales training and methodology adoption by reviewing Gong calls, Salesforce data, and win/loss patterns. Where are deals stalling, and what enablement would change that?
  • Audit each pillar (training & onboarding, content & tech resourcing, and go-to-market alignment) against how our teams actually sell and serve customers
  • Pressure-test your findings with revenue leadership and the field, building the relationships and credibility to drive change

In your first 3 months:

  • Present your assessment and a prioritized roadmap to leadership: double down on what drives revenue, cut or deprioritize what doesn't
  • Own day-to-day enablement operations: onboarding, training calendar, content requests, and communication channels for sharing best practices
  • Refresh the highest-impact enablement assets
  • Launch targeted training sessions, in collaboration with sales and CS leadership, closing the biggest skill gaps identified in your assessment
  • Manage the enablement dashboard, tickets, and day-to-day requests from the revenue team

In your first 6 months:

  • Run all onboarding end to end, confident in your own command of our systems, products, and the financial services industry to train newcomers yourself
  • Have built genuine rapport with revenue team members across sales and CS, earning the kind of trust that makes you their first call for support
  • Provide valuable, data-backed insights that show sales and CS leadership where to double down on coaching, and support them in crafting their coaching and training

Within 9 months:

  • Run a full-cycle enablement program spanning sales and CS, built in collaboration with leadership: onboarding curriculum, team certification on pitches, discovery calls, and demos, and ongoing reinforcement
  • Demonstrate measurable methodology adoption: MEDDPICC fields consistently completed, value messaging evident in Gong calls
  • Deliver quarterly enablement impact reviews to revenue leadership connecting programs to ramp time, win rate, and retention outcomes
  • Establish feedback loops that keep enablement continuously informed by the field
  • Be recognized across the revenue org as the trusted partner who helps everyone hit their quotas and achieve business goals

Competencies — What We're Looking For

Revenue-Focused Coach — You're obsessed with driving revenue outcomes and making others better at their jobs. You can show us how your enablement work improved ramp time, win rates, or retention, not just training completion rates.

Methodology Mastery — You have deep, practitioner-level fluency in MEDDPICC and value-based messaging frameworks like Command of the Message. You know how to drive adoption that sticks, not just deliver a workshop.

Full-Funnel Perspective — You understand the entire customer lifecycle and can enable teams from first sales conversation through renewal and expansion, keeping the story consistent at every stage.

Operational Excellence — You build best-in-class enablement programs and maintain resources that focus teams on winning deals and delighting customers. Every asset has an owner, a purpose, and a shelf life.

Data-Driven Insight — You bring data from Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, and Outreach into a single view, spot the patterns others miss, and translate them into coaching that changes behavior.

AI-Forward Builder — You see AI tools like Claude as force multipliers for enablement, scaling content creation, call analysis, and personalized coaching beyond what one person could do alone.

Excellent Communicator — You articulate complex ideas clearly to any audience, from senior leadership to new hires, and build the rapport and credibility that make enablement land.

Collaborative — You work effectively across sales, customer success, marketing, and product to gather feedback, align priorities, and unite the revenue org around a common cause.
