The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible to provide scientific and technical support, such as problem-solving, continuous improvement of our products and processes, to internal clients such as manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, planning, and purchasing, with the aim of ensuring the satisfaction of our end customers (Hospitals, University, Laboratory, ...).

This position reports to the Manager Engineering and is part of the Operations Manufacturing department located in Marseille and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Identify problems, determine root causes, and propose effective countermeasures.

• Develop experimental protocols and participate in the validation of equipment and processes.

• Implement and conduct experiments.

• Collect, process, analyze, interpret, and communicate the results of experiments.

• Identify problems, determine root causes, and propose effective countermeasures.

• Write project-related documents: laboratory notebook, reports, instructions, and procedures according to Quality Assurance standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• The minimum education is master’s degree in the field.

• A strong spirit of Continuous Improvement and solid knowledge of the Lean process and Problem Solving.

• A strong knowledge of Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Power Point).

• An essential requirement is expertise in flow cytometry and/or protein biochemistry (conjugation, purification).
