  • Support field data collection, LiDAR-based modeling, and as-built verification
  • Compile calculation packages and assist in checking project deliverables
  • Coordinate with structural, civil, and geotechnical staff on assigned tasks
  • Participate in Verdantas’ training, mentorship, and professional development programs

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering (or a closely related field)
  • 0–4 years of engineering experience; internship or co-op experience is welcomed
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
  • Foundational knowledge of structural analysis and engineering design principles
  • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and clear written and verbal communication
  • Coursework, internship, or co-op experience in power / transmission, structural, or utility engineering is preferred
  • Exposure to PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, PLS-TOWER, AutoCAD, or MicroStation is preferred
  • Familiarity with the NESC or ASCE (10/74/113) design standards is preferred
  • Interest in pursuing PE licensure and a long-term transmission engineering career
