Job Summary
We are expanding our telehealth program and seeking licensed therapists in California. This full-time position allows you to provide accessible care to clients who prefer or require remote therapy. You’ll enjoy the ability to work from home while delivering consistent, structured support to clients statewide.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
• $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Create and adjust treatment plans based on progress
• Document sessions clearly and accurately
• Participate in team-based care coordination
• Continue professional development through training

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related discipline
• California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
• Minimum of 2 years’ clinical therapy experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
