The P&G Internship is a flagship program offered to promising and driven undergraduate students interested in getting best-in-class trainings and growing as a leader. You will get to join our Manila Information Technology organization and get to know more about other departments – Brand Management, Consumer & Market Knowledge, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Sales, or Product Supply.

Software Engineering Intern 
Build and enhance digital applications that power business operations at P&G. As a Software Engineering Intern, you will work alongside engineers to design, develop, and improve software solutions while learning modern development practices such as Agile and DevOps. 

You will: 

• Develop and test software features and applications 

• Drive modern application development and continuous improvement in the software development lifecycle 

• Collaborate with global teams to solve real business challenges 

Data Engineering Intern 
Transform data into insights that drive business decisions. As a Data Engineering Intern, you will work with cloud-based data platforms to build and optimize data pipelines that help teams access reliable and actionable information. 
You will: 

• Develop and enhance data pipelines and workflows 

• Support data transformation, quality, and analytics initiatives 

• Work with cloud technologies such as Azure and Google Cloud 
   

AI Engineering Intern 
Explore how Artificial Intelligence can create business impact. As an AI Engineering Intern, you will work on machine learning and advanced analytics solutions that help automate processes, generate insights, and solve complex business problems. 
You will: 

• Support the development and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions 

• Analyze data and evaluate model performance 

• Partner with engineers and data scientists ro work on the development of AI agents/AI-powered digital business solutions 
   

Site Reliability Engineering Intern 
Help ensure P&G’s digital products remain reliable, scalable, and available for users around the world. As a Site Reliability Engineering Intern, you will work on system monitoring, automation, and operational excellence initiatives that improve technology reliability. 
You will: 

• Monitor and improve system performance and reliability 

• Support automation and continuous service improvement initiatives 

• Drive resolution of system issues through blameless postmortems and issue management 
   

Digital Product Management Intern 
Shape digital products that create value for employees, customers, and business partners. As a Digital Product Management Intern, you will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience to bring ideas from concept to execution. 
You will: 

• Gather and analyze customer and business needs 

• Support product roadmap and feature prioritization discussions 

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions 

As an IT intern in P&G:

Job Qualifications

• Internship start dates cannot be deferred. Applicants who are unable to meet the internship requirements or start date should apply to a future intake (May/June or August/September). Requests to defer after successfully completing the recruitment process will result in application withdrawal, and candidates must reapply for future opportunities.
• Use your personal email when applying and not school email
• You are available to take an Internship starting Jan 15, 2027
• Open to both voluntary and required internship (if voluntary you must have 12 units or less)
• You must be able to commit a full-time internship (3x a week onsite and 2x a week work-from-home, 8 hours per day)
• You are a top talent, current university student that preferably has less than one-two years to graduate
• You display strong partnership, analytical skills, and a problem solving or solutions-oriented mindset especially when confronted with issues
• You have experience working with groups through formal or informal positions of leadership
• You are driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to consistently deliver strong results
• You are confident collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences
• You are able to use your analytical ability to derive insights from data and come up with business or organizational decisions
• You have strong passion to continuously stretch yourself to learn new things and grow as a professional
• You take initiative and show flexibility
• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines
