Role Summary Seeking a seasoned Data Centre Infrastructure professional with experience delivering mission-critical facilities from design through construction, commissioning, and handover. The candidate should possess strong expertise in data centre construction, civil & structural works, electrical infrastructure, power and cooling systems, with working knowledge of ELV and system integration technologies. A hands-on Data Centre Infrastructure Leader capable of managing the complete lifecycle of a data centre build, including construction, structural works, electrical systems, HVAC/cooling infrastructure, commissioning, and integrated smart building technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Centre Design & Construction

  • Lead planning, design review, and construction of data centre facilities.

  • Manage civil, structural, architectural and site development activities.

  • Oversee contractor management, quality assurance, safety and project delivery.

  • Experience with modular/containerized data centres is desirable.

• Power & Electrical Infrastructure

  • Manage substations, MV/LV systems, transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators and power distribution systems.

  • Ensure redundancy, resiliency and compliance with Tier III/Tier IV requirements.

  • Lead testing, commissioning and operational readiness activities.

• HVAC & Cooling Systems

  • Manage design and deployment of chilled water, DX cooling, CRAH/CRAC and precision cooling systems.

  • Experience with hot/cold aisle containment and thermal optimisation.

  • Integrate cooling systems with BMS and energy management platforms.

• ELV & System Integration

  • Coordinate SCADA, DCIM and digital monitoring platforms.

  • Manage integrated testing and commissioning activities.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• 12-15+ years of experience in Data Centre or Mission Critical Infrastructure projects.

• Proven track record delivering data centres from design through construction and commissioning.

• Strong experience in:

  • Civil & Structural Construction

  • Electrical Infrastructure

  • HVAC & Cooling Systems

  • EPC Project Delivery

  • Testing & Commissioning

• Knowledge of ELV systems, BMS, SCADA and system integration.

• Experience with Tier III/Tier IV, TIA-942, ASHRAE and Uptime Institute standards.

• Middle East data centre project experience preferred.
