Job description

Customer Experience Representative

FT Hourly Hybrid

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

· Maintains customer records by updating account information.

· Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

· Forwards sales opportunities to management and sales department by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

· Provide Customer support via telephone and email communication.

· Handles incoming customer requests such as order tracking, billing questions, product documentation, and other general customer inquiries.

· Other duties as maybe assigned by management from time to time.

Education/Experience

High school diploma or GED, at a minimum. College degree preferred. In addition, at least one (1) year of job-related experience is normally required to perform this job.

Computer Skills

· Working knowledge of PC based desktop computers and server-based networks.

· Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Mathematical Skills

Basic mathematical skills are required. Must have the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest and commissions.

Reasoning Ability

Must have basic skills involving the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.

Physical/Environmental Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, communicate, normally by talking, listening, writing and typing, move about the office, usually by standing and walking, reach with arms and hands, inspect by taste, touch, smell and sight. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, climb and balance. May be required to lift up to 10 lbs. Required to operate telephones, computers and other standard office equipment.

The employee regularly works in a well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with a moderate degree of noise. Occasional travel by car, plane, or other transportation is required.
