Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an Agile Coach to join our Engineering department and help strengthen agile ways of working across multiple teams. In this role, you will foster greater team maturity, autonomy, and continuous improvement, enabling scalable agility and driving more effective, sustainable value delivery across Engineering.

Requirements:
-3+ years of experience working with teams in Scrum environments (for external candidates).
-Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/Lean) and context-based application.
-Deep understanding of the Software & Product Development Lifecycle and engineering practices (XP as a plus).
-Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills (incl. adult learning/training).
-Proven ability in systems thinking, working across multiple teams and departments.
-Experience in conflict management, feedback culture, and trust-based relationships.
-Data-informed improvement mindset: EBM, metrics, forecasting, strong remote collaboration skills.
-Proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages.
