In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den Vertrieb in Deutschland, sowie weiteren europäischen Märkten und gestalten die strategische Entwicklung des Unternehmens aktiv mit.

Dabei

  • führen und entwickeln Sie den gesamten Vertrieb, 
  • steuern die Umsatz- und Ergebnisentwicklung, 
  • bauen internationale Kunden- und Händlernetzwerke aus, 
  • entwickeln zukunftsfähige Vertriebsstrategien, 
  • treiben Digitalisierung und moderne Vertriebsprozesse voran, 
  • und wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios mit.

Das bringen Sie mit

Sie verbinden veterinärmedizinisches und landwirtschaftliches Fachwissen mit ausgeprägter Vertriebsstärke und unternehmerischem Denken.

Idealerweise verfügen Sie über

  • eine entsprechende Ausbildung im Agrarbereich oder ein Studium,
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, agrarnahen Umfeld oder Großhandel, 
  • Reisebereitschaft, auch für mehrtägige internationale Einsätze,
  • eine ausgeprägte Unternehmermentalität,
  • Führungskompetenz und strategisches Denken, 
  • Verhandlungs- und Abschlusssicherheit,
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, 
  • Niederländisch Kenntnisse.
