Senior Fullstack Engineer

We're a well-funded, AI-native fintech SaaS company (Series A/B) modernizing how finance teams plan, analyze, and report — replacing manual busywork with intelligent, automated workflows. Our platform connects to dozens of financial systems, powers bi-directional spreadsheet integrations, and delivers deep analytical insights to finance professionals at companies of all sizes.

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join an early, ground-floor engineering team where your work will have outsized impact. You'll partner closely with technical leadership and cross-functional teams to ship high-quality, scalable features across multiple product areas — with a strong AI focus throughout.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.

• Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end.

• Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code with a strong emphasis on quality and CI/CD practices.

• Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team and culture.

• Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.

• Contribute to AI-focused initiatives across multiple product engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5–10+ years of software engineering experience with a fullstack or strongly frontend-focused background.

• Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.

• Experience building production frontends with React.

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB as an application database.

• Experience with BigQuery for data analytics and querying large datasets.

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Strong experience with automated testing, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong collaboration skills with senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work fully remotely from the Americas, aligned with the company's remote-work model.

Nice to Have:

• Interest in and experience with AI/ML-focused product development.

• Experience at high-growth SaaS or fintech companies.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD $150,000 – $220,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

• Visa sponsorship is available for this role.

• Fully remote — open to candidates based anywhere in the Americas (primary hire in Canada or the United States).
